Sales Manager — International Fertility & Healthcare Programs For our client, an international fertility agency, we are seeking a Sales Manager. The company supports people worldwide in accessing leading fertility and women’s health programs, partnering with top clinics and experts. Your Role: You will be a trusted advisor, guiding clients through international medical and fertility programs with clarity and care. Acting as the key link between clients and partner clinics, you’ll make complex decisions simple and ensure each client feels supported and confident. We’re looking for a professional with proven sales and medical consulting experience, empathy, and a strong results-driven mindset—someone who builds trust and provides steady support when it matters most. WHAT WE’RE SEEKING IN OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: · 3 years of proven sales experience in healthcare, fertility, or medical tourism. · Experience working with international clients and dynamic environments. · Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build genuine trust. · Energetic, goal-driven, adaptable, and proactive. · Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: · Consult and advise clients on international medical and reproductive health programs. · Lead online meetings (Zoom, messengers), answer questions, and present tailored solutions. · Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients. · Work towards and exceed sales targets while continuously optimizing your approach. · Collaborate closely with an international team of professionals and partners.
