Data Governance

We are looking for a Data Governance Professional with at least 3 years of experience to join the team of an important international company, with its Tech HUB based in Barcelona. Key Responsibilities Support the development and monitoring of data governance policies and procedures . Collaborate with business units and data stewards to ensure data quality and compliance . Prepare and deliver presentations and reports (mainly PowerPoint) to communicate governance strategies and progress. Facilitate training sessions, workshops and onboarding on governance best practices. Contribute to change management initiatives , ensuring adoption of governance standards. Lead initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously , ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities. Qualifications 3 years of experience in Data Governance / Data Quality roles. Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and responsibilities . Excellent communication and presentation skills . Proficient in English (spoken and written). Proactive, solution-oriented, with strong analytical and organizational skills. Previous experience in data management, business analytics or a related field , with experience in policy creation and change management essential.
