The Impact You'll Make: As an SSO Integration Engineer, you will play a key role in enabling seamless authentication experiences for our external clients across regions. You will guide customers—many of whom have limited experience with identity systems—through the setup of their Identity Provider (IDP) and the integration with our authentication platform. By assisting clients in configuring IDPs, collecting and validating federation metadata, and implementing SAML 2.0 and OIDC protocols, you will ensure secure and efficient onboarding. You will also configure and troubleshoot identity federation with our platform, resolve support tickets related to SSO issues, and maintain clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborating closely with the global team lead, you will align on priorities, escalations, and progress, while contributing to internal documentation such as onboarding playbooks and knowledge base articles. Your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction by delivering smooth integrations, transparent communication, and consistent support—helping APAC customers achieve success while strengthening our global identity ecosystem. Technology Stack: SSO protocols : SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC Identity Providers (IDP) : Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock Herramientas de troubleshooting : SAML-Tracer, browser developer tools, análisis de archivos .har Ticketing systems : Jira, ServiceNow Cloud / Identity : AWS Cognito, AWS IAM, AWS CloudWatch Scripting / Automation : Python, PowerShell What'll expect from you: Strong understanding of SSO protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise-grade IDP such as Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity, or ForgeRock Proficiency in troubleshooting authentication flows using tools like SAML-Tracer, browser developer tools, and .har file analysis Working experience on understanding .har files and logs. Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English required. Ability to work independently within APAC time zones and collaborate with a global team Experience configuring identity federation with AWS Cognito Experience with IAM lifecycle management Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) for automation or diagnostics Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., IAM, CloudWatch).
