Job Description
IT Project Manager (m/f/d) – Digital Firm Structure & Portal Solutions We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of a client-focused Owner Portal based on Microsoft Power Platform. This role includes integrating internal data processes, automation, reporting, and smart client communication through our in-house ChatBOT (WilliBOT). Key Responsibilities Lead digital transformation projects (Owners Hub, WilliBOT, Residents & Legal). Turn strategic goals into clear sub-projects and roadmaps. Build and optimize Microsoft 365 solutions (Power Pages, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Teams). Manage all project phases: concept, MVP, implementation, testing, training, Go-Live. Align and coordinate internal teams, external partners, and IT resources. Contribute hands-on to automation workflows and dashboard prototypes. Establish scalable governance for documents, data quality, and reporting. Drive rollout success and ensure strong user adoption. Profile & Qualifications Several years of IT project management experience, with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint), user portals, automation, and business intelligence. Solid understanding of process-driven organizations, ideally with experience in tax, legal, consulting, or real estate advisory environments. Experience in developing MVP processes (Minimum Viable Product) and driving iterative improvements. Knowledge of role & permission concepts, data governance, and GDPR compliance. Basic skills in low-code development (Power Fx, JSON, APIs) are a plus. Agile and structured work style, skilled with project management tools (Planner, DevOps, Jira) and able to present complex topics clearly and engagingly. Proactive, results-driven, and collaborative, with strong communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a passion for digital transformation with high quality standards. Professional proficiency in Spanish and English; basic knowledge of German will be considered a strong plus.
