What You’ll Do Lead the day-to-day management of all facilities operations across the site. Drive excellence in safety, compliance, maintenance, and presentation standards. Manage budgets, contractors, and resources effectively. Play a key role in the delivery of capital projects and operational improvements. Serve as Duty Manager on a rotational basis ( 1 in 6 weekends ). What We’re Looking For Proven track record in facilities or estates management in a large, complex environment. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage teams and stakeholders. Commercial awareness and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Ability to thrive in a busy, multi-faceted operation.
