Responsibilities Preparing suitability reports and recommendation letters using integrated financial planning software. Researching and analysing financial products across pensions, investments, and wider markets. Performing cash flow modelling and technical calculations. Ensuring all documentation and processes remain fully compliant with FCA regulations. Supporting advisers with product due diligence and strategy development. About You Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or Certificate in Paraplanning (or working towards this within 12 months). At least 2 years’ experience in the financial services sector. Strong knowledge of pensions and investments. Excellent communication skills – able to make complex topics clear and engaging. Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
