Production Supervisor Controller

Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to achieve output and quality targets. Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with operational, safety, and quality standards. Plan and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands. Lead and motivate production staff to maximize efficiency and maintain morale. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance productivity. Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. Uphold health, safety, and housekeeping standards at all times. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant technical or production management qualification is advantageous. Proven experience as a Production Supervisor, Controller, or similar role in a cabinetry, furniture, or related manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Solid understanding of production planning, scheduling, and quality control. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong organizational and communication skills.
