Job Description

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Business Growth Develop and execute a growth strategy to doubke APAC EBITDA Evaluate and scale Contract operations across APAC markets, using Singapore as a regional hub Assess office infrastructure for long-term growth, including potential expansion into Japan or consolidation in Perth Sales & Revenue Generation Lead the APAC Contract sales structure, including 360, Key Accounts (strategic clients) and Programme Accounts (MSP/RPO-driven) Drive new business development, client retention and cross-divisional revenue growth Negotiate high-margin contracts and secure volume business, ensuring profitability and SLA compliance Forecast performance accurately and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets Team Leadership & Development Manage and mentor a leadership team of 4 direct reports and a total headcount of 40 across Singapore, Malaysia,and Perth Foster a high-performance culture aligned with Spencer Ogden's PACE values (Passion, Ambition, Collaboration, Excellence) Operational Excellence Ensure seamless delivery of recruitment programmes, meeting client SLAs and KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, fill rates) Use data-driven insights to optimise processes, improve margins, and enhance efficiency Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored solutions and maintaining Spencer Ogden's market-leading reputation Financial & Commercial Accountability Monitor P&L performance, including sales contribution and controllable profit Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favourable terms/market opportunities to maximise profitability Success Metrics Revenue Growth: Achieve NFI targets and double EBITDA Client Retention & Expansion: Extend contract lengths, increase margin, expand MSP/RPO relationships, and improve client satisfaction Operational Performance: Exceed SLAs, reduce time-to-hire, and maintain high fill rates Team Development: Build a pipeline of future leaders and ensure high employee engagement Market Expansion: Successfully evaluate and execute growth opportunities in APAC Qualifications & Skills Proven track record in senior sales or contract leadership roles, from an Agency Recruitment environment (NOT TA/In House RPO or MSP) Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L over £3 Million GBP and driving profitability Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and proven track record of developing high-performing teams Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills Data-driven mindset, with proficiency in using analytics to inform decisions J-18808-Ljbffr
