Key Responsibilities of this Head of Legal, Global Investment Firm: Provide strategic legal oversight across the group’s international operations, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and internal governance policies. Lead legal input on investment structuring, licensing, and jurisdictional compliance for new and existing funds. Manage legal aspects of corporate transactions, entity lifecycle events, and shareholder processes. Oversee governance documentation including board materials, decision registers, and delegation frameworks. Supervise the company secretarial function and ensure statutory obligations are met across all entities. Build and lead a high-performing legal team, fostering collaboration across legal, finance, and operational functions. Key Requirements of this Head of Legal, Global Investment Firm: Legally qualified with a current practicing certificate in a common law jurisdiction (e.g. Singapore, UK, Australia). Brings at least 15 years of post-qualification experience, with a strong foundation in corporate, regulatory, or investment law. Demonstrated expertise in managing legal frameworks for investment structures across multiple regions. Experience working within infrastructure, energy, or real asset sectors is highly advantageous. Skilled in navigating governance across complex group structures and multi-entity environments. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
