Job Summary As a Consulting Manager specializing in Cards and Payments you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and delivering innovative solutions for our clients. Responsibilities - Lead the development and implementation of strategic consulting projects in the Cards and Payments domain ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry standards. - Oversee the analysis of client requirements and design tailored solutions that enhance payment systems and processes. - Provide expert guidance on best practices and emerging trends in the Cards and Payments industry to clients and internal teams. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of payment solutions with existing systems. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize payment processes and enhance client satisfaction. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring long-term partnership success. - Manage project timelines budgets and resources to deliver high-quality consulting services on time and within scope. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients and internal teams on payment solutions and industry developments. - Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decision-making. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all consulting engagements. - Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve desired outcomes. - Support business development efforts by identifying potential clients and contributing to proposal development. - Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the consulting team to drive continuous growth and success.
