Job Description

Corporate Secretary - Investment Manager Our client is a leading global investment firm seeking a Corporate Secretarial Analyst to support its legal and compliance operations in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment with exposure to cross-border corporate governance and entity management. Key Responsibilities: Manage the lifecycle of corporate entities, including incorporation, maintenance, and dissolution across multiple jurisdictions. Coordinate with external service providers for statutory filings, annual returns, and regulatory submissions. Maintain and update corporate records, entity management systems, and documentation. Draft and review board resolutions, meeting minutes, and other governance documents. Liaise with internal teams (finance, tax, legal) and external stakeholders (legal counsel, regulators). Monitor changes in corporate regulations in Asia Pacific and offshore jurisdictions. Key Requirements: At least 5 years of corporate secretarial experience, preferably in a multinational or financial services environment. Familiarity with AML/KYC procedures and corporate governance standards. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with entity management platforms is a plus.
