Responsible for the overall day to day building and facility maintenance such as cleaning, security, CCTV System, Landscape etc (Soft services) Preparation and execution of engineering services term contracts. Budget preparation, tracking and control. Supervision of contractors and ensure proper preventive maintenance measures are in place. Raise PO/WO for vendors and contractors.
