Junior HR Specialist

What will you do? Support the recruitment and selection process by posting job ads, screening applications, and organizing interviews. Assist in HR administrative tasks (contracts, documentation, record-keeping, mandatory training as per law 81/08). Support company and HR Team to collect and keep updated certifications Contribute to attendance management and payroll data preparation. Participate in planning training programs and corporate development projects. Handle employer branding and internal communication activities to foster a positive and engaging work environment. Who are we looking for? A degree in humanities, law, or economics. At least 6 months of previous experience in an HR role . Good knowledge of Italian labor law and HR administration processes. Familiarity with the CCNL Commercio (National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Commerce). Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken). Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a team-oriented mindset. Attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software (preferred). What do we offer? Annual gross salary (RAL) between €23,000 and €25,000 . Corporate welfare benefits .
