Voice AI Trainer - Italian

Success in this role involves having natural, meaningful conversations using a professional-quality external microphone and your laptop or computer. This role supports LingoTribe’s mission to make AI accessible and representative of all voices worldwide. Responsibilities Engage in authentic, unscripted voice conversations in your native language (minimum 30 minutes per session) Record and submit conversations via LingoTribe’s platform using your computer and a professional-quality condenser microphone (USB microphones like FIFINE K669, Shure SM7B, etc., with a pop filter, are acceptable) Collaborate with your language-specific community group for support, ideas, and feedback Maintain clear, high-quality voice recordings in a quiet environment Follow guidelines provided by the LingoTribe team to ensure quality and consistency Contribute to inclusive AI development by speaking naturally about everyday topics, culture, and life experiences Qualifications Fluency in Italian or supported languages such as Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, or Mandarin Chinese Access to a professional external condenser microphone (e.g., FIFINE K669, Shure SM7B) with a pop filter Stable internet connection Ability to record in a quiet, distraction-free environment External headphones Comfortably hold natural, engaging, unscripted conversations with friends or family Note: No prior experience or special skills required—just be yourself and speak naturally.
