In this role, you will oversee shift operations at our DCs, support the DC manager in performance management, and drive operational plans. Title: Team Lead Location: Hyderabad. Essential Functions - Job Description · Deliver training and coaching on Amazon processes, products, operating models, and SOPs to associates. · Collaborate on the ground to support network operations with new product launches and coordinate with other teams. · Maintain and publish routine performance reports, analyze data, and recommend action plans. Report on overall network health in the assigned territory. · Manage a multi-layer team, providing coaching and mentoring to meet targets. · Set expectations, communicate clearly, and manage relationships with team members. · Work with process associates and station teams to improve operational efficiency and delivery experience. · Handle daily operational escalations and be available to address issues around the clock. · Manage internal and external stakeholders. · Support station operations and customer deliveries.
