Lead AI Engineer – LLM & NLP Innovation Madrid (Onsite) Packages above €200,000 We’re seeking a Lead AI Engineer to join a world-class team in Madrid, working alongside the Head of AI to deliver pioneering projects in advanced language models and applied AI. This is not a strategic-only position – you’ll spend the majority of your time hands-on, designing, building, and optimising cutting-edge models that go well beyond today’s standard GPT applications.
