Job Description

As a Customer Service Order Manager, you will be responsible for the accurate processing of customer orders and the daily follow-up of deliveries. You will act as the link between customers and internal departments, ensuring clear communication, timely problem-solving, and a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset. As a Customer Service Order Manager, you will be responsible for the accurate processing of customer orders and the daily follow-up of deliveries. You will act as the link between customers and internal departments, ensuring clear communication, timely problem-solving, and a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset. Tasks: Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service in Dutch and French (both written and spoken). Receive, verify, and process customer orders in the system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures. Monitor order status and proactively update customers regarding delivery dates, product availability, and any potential issues. Collaborate closely with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Planning, Finance) to guarantee efficient order fulfillment. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and solution-oriented manner. Ensure all documentation is prepared according to sector regulations and company standards. Contribute to continuous process improvement within the customer service department. We are looking for a Customer Service Order Manager that : Perfectly bilingual Dutch/French; English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, order entry, or sales support, ideally in an industrial or chemical environment. Strong organizational skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Good command of MS Office and experience with ERP systems (SAP is a strong asset).
