Marketing/Business Development: Work with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting the M&A practice, including content for blogs, pitches, presentations, and publications. Assist with Individual Attorney Requests: Provide ongoing support for attorneys' requests for precedents, templates, and other resources. Qualifications At least 7 years of experience in M&A corporate/transactional law, with knowledge of public and private M&A, corporate governance, and market trends. Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail, especially in document drafting and management. Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Flexibility to adapt to evolving resource and knowledge management initiatives. Experience with both public and private M&A transactions is required. Compensation and Benefits Expected annual pay range: $275,000 - $335,000 (final offer based on experience and location). Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and flexible spending accounts. Pre-tax commuter benefits, life insurance, AD&D, long-term care coverage, and backup care for children and/or adults. Four weeks of vacation, two weeks of sick leave, and 10 paid holidays annually. Generous parental leave and fertility benefits. Firm-paid life insurance, AD&D, LTD, and short-term medical benefits. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that supports an M&A practice at the cutting edge of the legal industry. Apply today to contribute to the success of our M&A group and continue our legacy of delivering top-tier legal services to our clients.
