The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with expertise in baking, food preparation, and cake decorating. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods, ensuring high-quality standards are met while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Duties Prepare and bake a wide range of products including breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts. Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation. Decorate cakes and pastries with creativity and attention to detail. Package finished products for display or sale while adhering to food handling guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils. Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and assist in ordering as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely production of baked goods for service. Requirements Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of baking techniques and culinary practices. Familiarity with food handling safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Excellent attention to detail, especially in cake decorating and presentation. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
