The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of broad commercial litigation experience, including case management, legal research, drafting pleadings, and brief writing. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of complex litigation matters in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Manage litigation cases from start to finish, including discovery, legal research, and writing. Draft pleadings, respond to written discovery, and assist with brief writing. Collaborate with team members and contribute to high-quality legal work. Qualifications: 2-6 years of commercial litigation experience. Experience in case management, discovery, and legal drafting. Strong initiative, work ethic, and academic credentials. Big law firm experience preferred. Benefits: Salary range: $235,000 - $390,000 (based on experience and location).
