Job Description Job Description Job description Position: Personal Injury Attorney Location: Boynton Beach, FL (On-site, Full-Time) About the Role We are seeking a motivated and driven Personal Injury Attorney to join a rapidly expanding plaintiff-side law practice based in Boynton Beach. This is a full-time, in-office role best suited for a licensed Florida attorney who is passionate about advocating for injury victims and is eager to build a long-term career in personal injury law. The ideal candidate will have e*xperience in Personal Injury *matters, particularly motor vehicle accidents, and must be capable of managing a high-volume caseload with professionalism, organization, and urgency. Key Responsibilities Independently manage a large portfolio of pre-suit personal injury cases, with occasional litigation support Regularly communicate with clients to provide legal updates and counsel throughout the claims process Evaluate claims and medical records, assess damages, and determine case value Negotiate resolutions with insurance carriers and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes Conduct PIP-related proceedings, including recorded statements and Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) Draft legal documents, such as settlement demands, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests Participate in depositions, hearings, and motion practice when required Stay up to date on changes in Florida statutes and case law relevant to tort and insurance matters Help promote the firm within the community and support business development initiatives What We're Looking For Active and in-good-standing member of the Florida Bar Direct experience working on personal injury cases in Florida Solid knowledge of Florida personal injury law and insurance-related statutes, including §§ 627.736, 627.727, and 768.76 Strong legal writing, research, and negotiation skills Excellent time management and attention to detail Client-first mentality with outstanding interpersonal communication skills Collaborative mindset with a desire to grow professionally Benefits Competitive salary based on experience 401(k) retirement plan Health insurance Paid time off (PTO) and holidays Annual performance review and growth planning Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday On call Experience: Personal injury law: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: Florida Bar (Required) Ability to Commute: Delray Beach, FL 33483 (Required) Work Location: In person
