If you have experience installing shop equipment such as lifts, air compressors, oil pumps, tire-changing machines-or have an electrical, mechanical, or maintenance background-please apply immediately! Don't have experience? If you have a strong mechanical aptitude, we will train you! We offer paid training, advancement opportunities, and the chance to work on exciting projects with a supportive team. Our Ideal Equipment Installation Technician : Is Forklift and OSHA-certified. Demonstrates a stable employment history with at least one year of mechanical experience or a related technical field. Considers themselves a mechanical jack of all trades with a strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, or HVAC systems. Has excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and great communication skills. Willingness to travel to client sites as required, including potential overnight trips. Duties of Equipment Installation Technician : Install, configure, and test automotive shop equipment, including lifts, air compressors, and tire-changing machines, as per specifications. Run air lines and electrical lines while reading and interpreting blueprints and wiring diagrams. Conduct site surveys to assess client needs and determine optimal installation processes. Communicate with clients on-site to provide updates and training on equipment usage and maintenance procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after installation. Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, and service reports. Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure installations meet established standards, timelines, and budgets. Benefits : Competitive Pay paid weekly.
