Stock Condition Surveyor

Our client is currently recruiting for Stock Condition Surveyors on a 9-month temporary contract with availability in the West Midlands & Derby. They are an award winning, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy, delivering projects worldwide. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The rates are: £16.50 per flat £24.50 per house £27 per block The ideal candidate will have a background in repairs & maintenance or building surveying and also have experience conducting Stock Condition Surveys on social housing properties. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Conducting stock condition surveys on social housing units to ensure buildings are designed and constructed appropriately Establishing condition, age, repairs and remaining life of building components & also energy characteristics and legislative compliance Ensuring a timely return of all relevant documentation and managing own lists in specified timeframe Producing regular reports on handheld devices on applicable software Experience required: Stock Condition Surveying experience for social housing properties Experience booking in appointments to conduct surveys Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Must hold a full UK driving license Rewards and Benefits: Flexible working Manage your own diary Working hours: Monday – Friday Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
