Product Manager | B2B2C Scale-up Unicorn B2B Product Manager needed by well-backed B2B2C / B2C FinTech unicorn. Salary Package: £60K–£70K Benefits Location: Manchester (Hybrid, 2–3 days) The B2B Product Manager will work in a newly acquired division that provides POS solutions to retailers, this role is to work very much at the customer facing side helping make the solution as easy as possible to use for both retailers and the end customer / consumer. The B2B Product Manager will: Own and evolve the customer journey, from onboarding to ongoing value creation Identify customer pain points and develop data-led solutions Build and iterate based on insight and performance Collaborate daily with engineering, design, and product marketing to ship impactful features Work with stakeholders across compliance, legal, and brand The B2B Product Manager must have: Experience in a fast-paced, 0–1 or scaling B2B tech org OR a retailer, building store based tech solutions A clear understanding of what good product” looks like Experience working with customers building front end products such as self service, on-boarding, myaccount, dashboards etc A curious mind and be used to working with smart, data driven product teams
