Youll: Lead, coach, and inspire the commercial/customer service team Oversee client assessments and deliver tailored insurance solutions Drive sales, renewals, and service excellence Maintain FCA compliance at all times Support recruitment, onboarding, and training Review performance, identify improvements, and streamline processes What were looking for Cert CII qualification or equivalent leadership experience in insurance Proven success managing a service-driven team Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build lasting client relationships Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills Proactive, resilient, and ready to inspire others High attention to detail and a commitment to compliance Desirable but not essential Experience in commercial lines insurance Knowledge of FCA regulations Acturis software experience Business or finance qualification Consortium Professional Recruitment Ltd are a professional level recruitment consultancy specialising in the delivery of high relevance recruitment services on behalf of our clients across the UK.
