Logistics Coordinator

Transport & Dispatch Coordinator | Fresh Produce | Kent We're partnered with a well-established business in Kent who need a hands on Logistics and Dispatch Coordinator to drive the daily outbound logistics. You'll be working with a team of 2 dispatch admins ensuring everything is running smoothly What you'll be doing: * Leading the distribution team to drive performance standards and ensure a smooth operation within the dispatch area. * Liaising with hauliers across multiple clients to coordinate deliveries in accordance with orders to maintain high customer service levels * Supporting the admin team and adding to their own personal development * Working with the wider team looking at planning and and focusing on creating a culture of continuous performance What you'll need: * Experience in a dispatch, transport or logistics coordination role, ideally within food, FMCG, or fresh produce * Excellent organisational skills with an ability to manage time-critical operations * A working knowledge of transport legislation and Health & Safety compliance * Clear communication and confidence liaising with multiple departments * Proactive problem-solving and a continuous improvement mindset What's on offer: * £35k-£40k salary * 23 days holidays 8 bank holidays * A Monday to Friday role with office based hours (occasional weekend work to cover admin team is required) If you're looking to step up in a fast-paced logistics environment and want to be part of a business that values quality and teamwork this could be the move for you.
