Senior Human Resources Business Partner Location: York, hybrid (2-3 days in the office per week) Salary: c£65,000 per annum Contract: Full-Time, Permanent We are excited to be recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner to join the incredible Joseph Rowntree Foundation. Based in beautiful York (hybrid), this generalist role is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive HR team, partnering with leaders across the organisation to deliver people-focused solutions that make a real impact. You’ll bring strategic insight and hands-on HR expertise across areas including employee relations, talent development, change management and policy. Most importantly, you’ll be passionate about using your HR skills to support a mission-driven organisation making a difference.
