P&L Recruitment are working in partnership with our highly successful client based in the south side of Glasgow to recruit a full-time permanent Purchase Ledger Assistant. The Purchase Ledger Clerk will also be responsible for reconciling supplier statements, resolving invoice queries, and processing invoices. Part-time (full days) or full-time hours will be considered depending on the successful candidate. Key Responsibilities: Process purchase invoices Deal with invoice queries Supplier statement reconciliations Prepare payment runs Support the finance team Main requirements: Previous purchase ledger experience is essential Proficient in Excel Be able to work in a high-volume environment to deadlines Strong team player Excellent communication skills High levels of accuracy If you have purchase ledger experience, we would love to hear from you!
