As the Website Merchandiser, you'll be stepping into a key role within the ecommerce team, helping to drive the day-to-day trading activity across my clients B2B and B2C websites. With a strong focus on detail and commercial performance, you'll be instrumental in maintaining a high-quality customer experienceensuring product listings are accurate, engaging, and optimised for visibility and conversion. Your work will directly support the wider digital strategy and ongoing growth in the vape industry. So What Will YOU Be Doing? Managing the end-to-end setup of new products across B2B and B2C websites Write SEO-friendly, engaging product descriptions and upload high-quality imagery Categorise and price products accurately to drive visibility and conversion Create and update promotional banners, landing pages, and onsite messaging Manage affiliate feeds, ensuring accuracy across external channels Collaborate with a video agency to implement product videos that enhance conversion Support marketing campaigns through onsite scheduling and merchandising Write engaging blog content aligned with industry trends and SEO best practices Use tools like Google Analytics and Phocas to analyse customer behaviour Recommend and implement site improvements based on data insights Brief new functionality and support testing of ecommerce developments What Will YOU Bring to the Role? 2 years experience in an ecommerce or merchandising role (vape industry experience a plus) Strong working knowledge of B2C and B2B ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) Excellent writing skills with an eye for SEO, tone, and grammar Experience with CMS systems and managing online content Confident interpreting data using Google Analytics, Phocas, or similar tools Organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is beneficial Experience with affiliate feeds or channel management is desirable What Will YOU Get in Return?
