Senior Health, Safety & Environmental Manager West Malling Construction & Support Services | Full-Time Are you a senior HSE professional ready to influence safety, environmental, and quality standards across a growing, multi-disciplinary construction group? We're seeking a Senior Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to partner with our Group HSEQT Director in enhancing and delivering robust management systems, shaping behavioural safety initiatives, and driving ISO compliance across multiple sites, offices, and business units. Key Responsibilities Lead scored audits, site inspections, and incident investigations across civil engineering, drylining, and supply operations Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of HSEQ systems aligned with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 Contribute to board-level reporting, ESG strategy, and key business objectives Promote behavioural change and embed Common Visual Standards across teams Represent the company at client meetings and with regulatory bodies Support digital transformation of safety systems via SharePoint / Global Hub Foster a culture of safety, responsibility, and compliance throughout the organisation ✅ What We’re Looking For Proven experience in HSE leadership within construction or housebuilding NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or actively working towards) In-depth knowledge of UK HSE legislation and site-based compliance Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder and presentation skills Solid understanding of ISO systems, risk assessments, and policy development ⭐ Desirable Member of IOSH / IEMA (or working toward Chartered/Tech status) Experience leading cross-functional teams and safety improvement projects If you’re passionate about making a measurable impact on safety culture and want to grow with a company that values integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement — we’d love to hear from you .
