Assistant to Harvesting Manager required to work from Holme-on-Spalding-Moor YO43 Type of Work: Supporting the Harvesting Manager in managing mushroom harvesting operations, staff planning, training, and ensuring quality and compliance. Shift Patterns: 5 out of 7 days to suit business needs. Weekend work required during peak periods. Pay Rates £35,000 £40,000 per annum (depending on experience) Overtime available during peak periods Requirements All applicants must have experience in mushroom harvesting or fresh produce, ideally with supervisory experience. Example: All applicants must have mushroom picking experience and strong people management skills.
