CNC Machinist

Minimum Requirements Matric Valid Drivers License & Own Vehicle Qualified Artisan - Trade Certificate (Red Seal) (Essential) 5 10 years experience in a similar role Must have worked on CNC Lathes, Horizontal and Vertical borers Experience in programming of CNC controls, Fagor, Siemens, and Fanuc Maintain precision equipment to reduce downtime Review and interpret technical drawings and models Set up, calibrate, and program CNC machine to execute specific manufacturing tasks Make adjustments during operation to achieve desired tolerances (0.02mm) Inspect final machined product to ensure conformity by making use of measuring equipment like verniers and callipers
