HR Intern

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role will provide hands-on exposure to core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. It is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain practical experience in HR practices within a dynamic business environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the recruitment process (posting job adverts, screening CVs, scheduling interviews). Support onboarding and induction of new employees. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files. Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information. Provide support in HR compliance, reporting, and policy implementation. Assist in coordinating training and development initiatives. Support HR events and employee wellness initiatives. Handle basic employee queries and direct them to the appropriate HR contact. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
