Job Description

The Applications Asset Manager is responsible for ensuring continuity and guaranteeing the quality of the Applications, as well as managing the Application system maintenance activities as follows: ensure the proper functioning of applications and that they can be maintained and upgraded propose methods to increase optimization and efficiency, to ensure the applications can be technically upgraded apply the guidelines of the obsolescence management plan deploy the continuity of service action plan, which includes Disaster Recovery and Live Play Job Description: Guarantees the proper functioning of applications and that they can be maintained and upgraded Responsible for addressing recurring incidents by working with relevant teams to recommend permanent solutions. Ensures long-term remediation for incidents and problems is integrated into the Application roadmap and implemented. Ensures the Application Sensitivity and IT Continuity document is properly and promptly completed and is timely renewed as stipulated by Group requirements. Ensures non-compliance to IT risk & cyber requirements are addressed or remediated, and the associated risks are identified and covered by risk card if necessary. Ensures application and security vulnerabilities and non-compliance to engineering and architecture rules are addressed or remediated, and the associated risks are identified and covered by risk card if necessary. Complies with and ensures the application of best practices regarding engineering rules, CI/CD, architecture rules, and safety standards. Manage the lifecycle of applications and its components according to the guidelines of the obsolescence management plan. Suppliers’ Management - maintains Suppliers' Relationship, Suppliers’ compliance to contractual obligations and Third Party Risk Management assessment Applications/New Releases versions control and updates in Relman (Release Manager tool). Ensures the consistency of the released version: updated documentation such as architecture diagram, and technical data dictionary; management of the configuration to ensure data consistency in all referential apps (e.g., Refapp, MAP, CMDB, BAM, cloud register) and accuracy in the application parent/instance links between referential apps. Receives new versions and releases, and making sure up-to-date product documentation and troubleshooting guides are provided. Reports and alerts management of Applications Report on the overall state of application/s, alerts stakeholders the risks the application/s is exposed to, together with their mitigation, to the Application review committee. Reports and alerts regarding deadlines, budgets, and resources to carry out the action plan for the applications. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in IT At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Banking industry (MUST HAVE) At least 2 years of experience in Wealth Management At least 2 years of experience in creating Architecture diagrams, with a strong analysis of networks, applications, and integration points Technical hands-on experience in Postgres SQL, Linux/AS400, IBM Cloud, Apache, JBoss, MQ messaging, Kafka messaging, HTTP RESY APIs, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, MicroServices Architecture, Container Managed Solutions The Applications Asset Manager is responsible for ensuring continuity and guaranteeing the quality of the Applications, as well as managing the Application system maintenance activities as follows: This individual holds full responsibility for managing the project's Cost, Quality, Delay, and Performance metrics. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of the project. Responsibilities Engage with the client and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Deliver the project in accordance with Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD), contractual, and safety commitments made at the contract signing. Build and manage project workloads based on project planning, lead the Project Core Team operationally, and set project priorities. Monitor and follow up on actions with various stakeholders, including offshore and onshore teams, clients, operators, and suppliers. Coordinate with different sites for support and knowledge-sharing, ensuring the timely dissemination of critical information, technical expertise, and best practices. Adhere to Project Management Processes, Methods & Tools. Accountable for delivering key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Repair exchange within 1 working day, Part support, Quality Assurance, and Technical/Specialist support for the project. Establish Key Project Indicator Metrics to measure and enhance project quality performance and incorporate lessons learned. Ensure compliance with Environment Health & Safety (EHS) regulations and conduct systematic reviews before commencing site work. Forecast and anticipate project workload requirements with the Project Core Team. Participate in and prepare Monthly Project Reviews for internal and customer management. Collaborate with Services Projects Director and Customer Director to define, review, and adjust project strategies periodically. Assist Customer Director in proposing and negotiating variation orders and claims with the customer. Facilitate customer acceptance of the project. Establish and regularly review the risk register. Lead the mobilization phase and set up the front office. Contribute to IT initiatives for Antaes Asia clients Delivery of comprehensive business analysis to provide solutions for business needs. Work with the project team including product owner, senior developers, architects, BA’s to deliver business requirements and improve business processes and systems. Work closely with stakeholders to define requirement and various artifacts around application development or enhancement. Specification of business rules for regulatory reporting, business operations and transformations. Functional design and testing of solutions. Maintenance and promotion of best practices around the data dictionary of the bank. Interaction with developers to define implementation specs. Interaction with other IT teams to explain and communicate on Data services Assisting with the daily operations through scrum, Jira and Kanban, techniques. Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients Ensure products manufactured meet approved company policies, processes and procedures Provide quality oversight of GMP manufacturing and support, including technical operations, engineering, QC Laboratory and supply chain activities Review completed incoming material inspection packages, Batch Records, Manufacturing Logs, product changeover/ line-clearance activities and administration of Quality Logs, e.g. QA Hold, QA tag out Release incoming material, process and product batches. Participate in investigations, arising out of non-compliance in incoming materials, QC testing, manufacturing processes, warehousing and product Participate in change management, including change coordinator and/or QA oversight roles to ensure change plan is managed and complies with applicable polices Perform regular walk-thru of manufacturing, engineering, warehouse and QC areas as required to ensure compliance is maintained at all times Participate and support new product introduction, operation excellence projects and other tasks as assigned by team Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients Working with Engineering Teams internationally, the Data Solutions Technical Architect provides and manages high quality architecture and design of Data Solutions for Banking Applications used for Capital Markets and Market Risk of an International Bank.
