Publicity Manager

Job Description: We operate a family-oriented venue offering prawning, entertainment activities, and a full-service restaurant. We are seeking a PR Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate marketing efforts, and ensure an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities: Manage marketing campaigns, including social media content and promotions. Oversee operations in both the F&B and entertainment areas. Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance management. Monitor budgets, sales, and cost control measures. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Build partnerships and initiatives to attract visitors. Requirements: Relevant experience in hospitality, F&B, or entertainment management. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays. Knowledge of marketing platforms and event coordination is an advantage.
