Is NOT on an active Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) Job Responsibilities As a Specialist in Environmental, Health, Safety, and ASPP at the Corsalone (AR) site, you will handle the daily EHS activities of the plant, maintaining ongoing contact with the external RSPP and various departments, identifying problematic areas within the organization concerning EHS. Main responsibilities: Record and promote behavior-based safety visits (BBS program) and monitor workers for safety aspects; Update Risk Assessment Documents and DUVRI in collaboration with the RSPP, and support Supervisors and Managers on safety matters; Ensure the maintenance of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications through compliance checks and internal audits; Inform workers about job hazards and necessary precautions, including PPE management; Participate in consultations on updates and innovations in occupational health and safety; Assist in updating and revising procedures and forms, managing schedules and archives; Manage mandatory training, monitor deadlines, and propose additional internal training when needed; Collaborate with the Plant Manager and RSPP on energy consumption, waste, and internal water treatment system analyses; Coordinate with the international EHS department. Job Requirements Degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering, Prevention Techniques in the Environment and Workplace, or similar; Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001 systems; At least 4 years of experience in managing and implementing EHS systems; Analytical approach for statistical data processing; Knowledge of EHS regulations; English proficiency at B2 level; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Strong problem-solving abilities; Experience in process management with attention to detail.
