Join to apply for the SHUTDOWN COORDINATOR role at Seingim We are seeking a Shutdown Coordinator to assist the Head of Maintenance in preparing and executing shutdowns lasting over a week. Responsibilities Coordinate with the Contract and Procurement department for contractor pre-selection, tender drafting, and final selection. Support the FFSD manager with spare parts demand, warehouse checks, and purchase orders. Ensure compliance with HSE objectives and procedures during shutdowns. Organize and coordinate all shutdown activities, including planning, logistics, and documentation. Manage budgets, prepare detailed schedules, and oversee safety audits and corrective actions. Requirements An engineer or equivalent with extensive experience in Maintenance, Field Operations, or Project Management within the Oil Industry. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. Knowledge of technical rules, international standards, contracts, and budgets. Proficiency in planning tools and software such as Primavera. Fluency in English and Italian. Additional Details Location: TotalEnergies EP Italia offices in Guardia Perticara with frequent visits to Tempa Rossa Site, Basilicata.
