This involves direct contact with potential consumers through product sampling and active participation in Red Bull events to provide memorable brand experiences. Key Responsibilities: BE A BRAND & PRODUCT AMBASSADOR: Live the brand values, interact with consumers and clients, grow our consumer base through sampling and knowledge sharing, plan innovative activities within universities, build strong networks, and create authentic content on social media. Collaborate on Red Bull events to deliver unique experiences. EXCELLENCE IN EXECUTION: Strive for excellence and attention to detail, share ideas with the team, plan and manage work using dedicated online platforms, and analyze local trends to develop new opportunities. SALES SPECIALIST: Maintain good relationships with sales teams, ensure Red Bull is available and visible at points of sale, collaborate on new distribution points, and uphold brand standards in retail locations. Qualifications and Skills: Excellent communication skills, charismatic, energetic, positive, extroverted, and sociable, capable of engaging diverse audiences. Deep familiarity with the university, city, and surrounding area, including extracurricular activities. Creative mindset with entrepreneurial spirit, responsible, proactive, and able to manage studies and part-time work, including evenings and weekends. Desire to learn new skills in marketing and sales. Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product. Currently enrolled as a university student. Knowledge of English language.
