Servicenow Developer

The candidate will be a member of the team responsible for implementing and maintaining state-of-the-art Business Applications on the ServiceNow platform. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will develop new modules and business flows in ServiceNow applications. You will also maintain and enhance existing modules and business flows to meet client needs. Key responsibilities Develop new modules and business flows in ServiceNow applications; Fix defects in ServiceNow modules; Adapt existing ServiceNow modules and business flows to changing client requirements; Administer and configure existing ServiceNow modules; Write documentation, procedures, comment source code, and prepare technical documentation; Implement corrective actions; Report progress, issues, and problems to supervisors; provide lessons learned and suggest process improvements. Job Requirements Exposure to ITSM application development is preferable; Experience in developing and integrating ServiceNow modules is a plus; Exposure to application development is preferable; Experience with AngularJS is preferable; Ability to present ideas openly; Independent, self-motivated, with a strong customer focus; Ability to work independently and in teams; Willingness to participate in international projects; Results-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a proactive and flexible attitude.
