We are supporting a leading O&M and asset management specialist in their search for a Field Technician to support their growing portfolio of utility-scale solar projects across Italy. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on electrical or technical experience in solar PV who is looking to work in a supportive and structured environment with opportunities to progress into supervision or specialised technical roles. . As Solar Field Technician, you will: Carry out and record maintenance activities as well as identifying suitable suppliers and contractors Monitor Performance Ratio and Availability values and secure its compliance with the guaranteed value Ensure compliance of the activities with local rules and regulations Manage and update all necessary records and activity logs . Key Skills: Minimum of 2 years O&M experience in solar industry. Experience with large scale solar operation (>1MW) Ability to work remotely and travel to solar plants on a regular basis Excellent Italian and English language skills. .
