What You Can Expect To achieve total budgeted sales and individual product targets for the assigned territory and to represent the company professionally. To adhere to company policies at all times. To attain regional sales targets and exceed current company turnover, maintaining and growing profitability by following company pricing policies. How You Create Impact Sell exclusively the company's range of products as directed by management strategies. Develop close relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and allied personnel in the territory. Provide or arrange necessary training in the use of Zimmer products, without assisting in surgical procedures or patient interventions. Follow up on leads and visits promptly, as directed by the Sales Manager. Adhere to divisional sales strategies under the guidance of the Sales Manager. Acquire knowledge of Zimmer and competitive products to be effective. Attend sales meetings, exhibitions, staff training, etc., when required. Follow divisional pricing policies unless approved in writing by the Vice President, Northern Europe. Care for samples or instrumentation assigned. Participate in stock checks of FOC instrumentation and stocks as needed. Provide weekly/monthly reports on performance, activities, and market situation. Keep hospital record cards up to date and available for inspection. Provide forecasts and market research information as required. Allocate resources and expenses to cover all orthopaedic hospitals within the territory regularly. What Will Make You Stand Out Minimum 'A' level education or equivalent Preferably a business degree or equivalent Experience in the healthcare industry Knowledge of the designated territory, hospitals, and relevant personnel Remote sales experience High level of English proficiency What Will Make You Successful Proven sales and negotiation skills Strong presentation, communication, numeracy, and literacy skills Willingness to travel regularly by car within the territory, including UK and occasional international travel with overnight stays Possession of a clean driving license Who We Are Zimmer Biomet is a world leader in musculoskeletal health solutions.
