Logistics Analyst

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Logistics Analyst I to join our vehicle sustainment team in Vicenza, Italy. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assists more senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions supporting logistics efforts. Analyzes and coordinates the logistical functions, records, maintains and initiates work order documentation for acquisition of component items from vendors and works independently with minimal supervision or guidance. Packing, shipping, receiving, transporting of parts, items, and equipment, reports to Senior Logistician or Supply Supervisor and performs other related duties as assigned. Performs other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Must obtain or already have an active Mission Visa and Soggiorno Permit to be considered. 7 years of qualified logistics experience. 1 year college accepted in lieu of 1.5 years' experience. Experience in receipt, accountability, and inventory of equipment and spare parts. Experience in inventory and requisition supplies and maintaining stock of supplies and equipment. Must hold a current and active passport, ensuring a minimum of one year of validity from start date and the ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening. High School Diploma or GED and must possess a Valid Driver’s License for the location in which the work will be performed. Preferred Qualifications: Willingness to travel to various US or OCONUS locations. 1 yr. experience with the STAMIS or GCSS or commercial LMIS. Experience with Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment. Clearance Requirements: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance prior to starting this position. Physical Requirements: Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel. Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
