Over the past 40 years, Kele has grown into a leading Building Automation Systems distributor, headquartered in Memphis, TN, with branches across the U.S. We are seeking an experienced Director of Enterprise Applications to lead the selection, migration, and optimization of our ERP and enterprise systems. This role is crucial in modernizing our technology stack and ensuring smooth business operations. Ideal candidates will have experience with P21 or CSD, or deep expertise in ERP migration and integration. Key Responsibilities ERP Implementation & Integration: Lead the selection, migration, and implementation of the new ERP system, aligning with business needs. Business Process Automation: Optimize workflows related to order-to-cash, inventory management, finance, and reporting. System & Database Management: Maintain and improve SQL databases, stored procedures, and system integrations for reliability and performance. Enterprise System Integration: Oversee integration of ERP with CRM, WMS, TMS, eCommerce, and other critical systems. Advanced Troubleshooting & Support: Serve as Tier 2 escalation for complex ERP issues affecting operations, finance, and inventory. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with business units, IT, and leadership to develop innovative solutions. Documentation & Training: Provide training and documentation to ensure proper adoption of enterprise applications. Future Leadership: Build and manage a team to support ongoing ERP and application initiatives. Other duties as required by business needs. Required Skills & Qualifications ERP experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) or Infor CSD, including implementation, migration, and support. Strong understanding of order-to-cash workflows, inventory, and financial systems. Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including database maintenance, stored procedures, ETL, and integrations. Experience integrating ERP with CRM, WMS, TMS, and eCommerce platforms. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex ERP issues impacting operations, finance, and inventory. Travel required as needed. Preferred Qualifications 7 years in enterprise applications management, ERP migration, and business process automation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
