Responsibilities Collect and analyze technical requirements for overseas ESS projects; Communicate with clients and design ESS solutions based on client needs, prepare bidding documents; Identify technical risks and resolve system issues during project implementation; Maintain client relationships and explore client needs and information; Collect and analyze technical requirements of the local market, transforming them into competitive product demands. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical and automation, or related fields; Familiar with renewable energy power generation systems or power transformation and distribution systems; Experience in microgrid energy storage system development; familiar with grid-forming PCS technology; Knowledge of energy storage project development processes and requirements in overseas regions; Priority given to candidates with 3 years of experience in energy projects (storage, PV, power generation); Ability to read technical specifications and papers in English; proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; Strong user needs analysis and customer relationship management skills; Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, execution, and logical thinking skills.
