Scheduling and preparing shipments, and coordinating with various stakeholders (carriers, suppliers, internal teams). Overseeing the movement of goods and ensuring timely delivery. Ensuring adherence to all internal requirements, specific documentation, relevant safety regulations, transportation laws, and company policies. Requesting, booking transportation quotations, and managing communications with internal stakeholders and customers based on specific requirements, while maintaining service quality. Tracking shipments, monitoring delays or issues, and providing updates to relevant parties. Troubleshooting transportation issues, resolving delays, and ensuring smooth operations. What are we looking for? Experienced (3 years) logistics specialist with knowledge of transportation management principles. Knowledge of transportation regulations and logistics principles. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., transportation management systems). Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Why Mailship?
