Future Talent Mechanical Engineer

Sidel is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our Future Talent Program. By joining this program, you will be part of a 12-month rotational path and gain experience in the main areas of the Sidel business. Through job rotations, you will explore different areas such as Product Support, Engineering, and Product Supply. This will allow you to develop your technical knowledge and skills, as well as your soft skills, in a very accelerated way. Your manager will plan the content of your program and support you in your development journey. You will enjoy a network of colleagues and have dedicated mentors for each slot, focused on your growth, personal experience, and transitions. This is just the beginning of your career at Sidel. After the program finishes, you will have gained valuable experiences. Your Mission System pre-series and prototype testing, validation, installation, collecting relevant data about performance and nonconformity; Failure root cause analysis and countermeasure definition; Industrialization of critical modules by analyzing manufacturing routing, target cost definition, and lead time reduction initiatives; Participate in mechanical engineering projects, contributing to the design, analysis, and optimization of components and systems related to beverage equipment; Conduct testing and validation activities to ensure that projects meet quality and performance standards. Work closely with a dedicated mentor who will focus on your personal and professional growth.
