Job description: The role of a CONTROLLER in the business is to deliver realistic forecasts, collect actual data, prepare reports, and explain the variances compared to forecasts. The controller reports to the CFO. Profile description: Provide guidance and support to the Accounting and Controlling team members, addressing issues or concerns promptly. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to facilitate growth and improvement. Facilitate team meetings to discuss goals, progress, and challenges. Coordinate training and development to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge. Lead and support special development projects. Lead and perform budgeting, forecasting, cost reviews, sales, and project cost reviews, including reporting to headquarters. Review all cost deviations and identify opportunities with the execution team to mitigate risks. Review cost estimations submitted by the Business Department; assess financial risks and add value.
