Assistant Engineering Manager

Role As Assistant Engineering Manager, you will maintain the resort’s facilities to high standards, ensuring guests have a seamless and comfortable stay. Responsibilities Maintain high standards of care and service, projecting professionalism through grooming and communication. Report on time for shifts, adhere to uniform standards. Care for tools, supplies, and equipment responsibly. Perform preventive maintenance, including painting, minor repairs, and inspections. Inspect and repair lighting and HVAC systems as scheduled. Address maintenance requests promptly. Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of facilities. Keep detailed records of tasks and projects. Assist with furniture setup for events and other operational duties. Requirements Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or luxury resorts. Open availability, willing to work weekends and holidays. Effective time management and ability to work independently. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments. Maintain a professional appearance per company policies.
