Position: Complex Director of Sales and Marketing Your mission is to coordinate and implement all commercial activities and maximize business opportunities for our two fascinating properties, the Hotel Splendid Venice and the Hotel Gabrielli, in the heart of Venice. Your responsibilities include : Coordinating, planning, and executing all commercial activities for the Hotel Splendid Venice and the Hotel Gabrielli. Developing and implementing a Sales and Marketing strategic plan to increase sales and incremental business. Managing the Hotel Budget regarding Sales and Marketing activities / initiatives. Assuring proper after-sales follow-up with customers to obtain supportive feedback on service and product delivery in order to identify and address possible areas of improvement. Handling and developing relationships with key clients. Managing relationships with local institutions / organizations to which the Hotels are linked. Supporting the sales team of our two properties. Working closely and coordinating with the Headquarter Sales & Marketing Team regarding all activities / initiatives. Analyzing competitor strategies. Exceed expectations by demonstrating : A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality. Previous and proven experience in the role. An exceptional ability to inspire people with our concept. Strong knowledge of the assigned area. Proactive mindset and positive thinking. Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
