Due Diligence Manager

Currie & Brown Italy is seeking a Due Diligence Project Manager for its headquarters in Treviso. The successful candidate will be part of the business unit responsible for conducting due diligence and real estate valuations across various asset types. This role involves coordinating and managing all aspects of due diligence for real estate assets, including collecting, reviewing, and assessing property documentation to support strategic investment decisions. Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills are essential to ensure timely completion of all activities. The position reports to the unit’s Associate. Key Responsibilities: Manage the due diligence process for real estate acquisitions, ensuring comprehensive analysis. Review and evaluate critical property documents such as lease agreements, property condition reports, ownership documents, and environmental assessments. Identify and assess risks related to legal, environmental, and operational aspects; propose mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to deadlines and facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders. Act as the main contact point between clients and external consultants (surveyors, environmental engineers, appraisers, etc.). Prepare detailed due diligence reports, including technical, administrative, ESG, and environmental aspects, in collaboration with internal departments for legal or Capex planning purposes. Required Skills and Attributes: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, project management, or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing medium-sized projects, preferably in luxury and hospitality sectors. Experience with permitting processes and working with local authorities. Good knowledge of national and local construction and administrative regulations. Strong technical writing, client communication, and interpersonal skills (both internal and external). Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken). Team-oriented, reliable, and flexible. Legal right to work in the EU. J-18808-Ljbffr
